Overview

HeaderControl is a Chrome extension that lets you add, override, or remove HTTP request headers using profiles. This policy explains what data the extension handles and what it does not do.

Data we do not collect

HeaderControl does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with any third party.

The extension does not:

• Use analytics or tracking
• Use advertising
• Require an account or login
• Send data to any remote server
• Load or run remote code from the internet

Data stored on your device

Profile settings you create are stored only on your device using Chrome’s local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). That may include:

• Profile names
• Which profile is enabled
• Header names and values you enter
• URL filters and excluded domains

This data stays in your browser. The extension does not upload it anywhere.
